Our process for acquiring new investors is based on a classic approach: we engage with them directly. Before presenting a potential investor with a real estate opportunity that is not publicly available on the market—so-called "off-market" properties—we discuss their expectations and investment profile in detail. We record the information gathered in this way in our investor database. This allows for rapid data access and enables us to specifically target offers to those investors whose profiles align precisely with the off-market properties currently in our portfolio.

Furthermore, we place great importance on our relationships with existing investors. We maintain regular contact with them to ensure that the information regarding their investment profiles is always up to date.
